Step 1 – In a clean container, Mix 1 tablespoon of Flower Shower powder per 4 gallons of clean ROOM TEMPERATURE water. DO NOT USE HOT OR COLD WATER. 55 – 75 degree water should be used.
* Make sure the container is large enough that the plant material will not make contact with the bottom or inner walls of the container as you dunk and swirl the material during rinsing.
Step 2 – Fill a second container with clean ROOM TEMPERATURE water for your second rinse (No Flower Shower in second container – clean water only).
Step 3 – Take the desired amount of plant material and gently dunk it (top down) into the Flower Shower solution. In a gentle up and down motion, dunk the material 4 or 5 times, completely submerging it into the solution. Then gently swirl the material in a circular motion making sure never to let the plant material make contact with the inner walls or bottom of the container. Continue the gentle swirling for about 5 to 10 seconds. The dunking/swirling process should not exceed 20 seconds.
Step 4 – Repeat the dunking and swirling process in the second container of pure water for the same period of time.
Step 5 – Gently shake off as much water from your plant material as possible before hanging it to dry.
Step 6 – Hang your plant material in a cool – dark and VERY well ventilated area with PLENTY of AIR CIRCULATION. Additional fans may be required during the initial 24 hours of drying to ensure that all excess water has evaporated.
